Built with real value in mind, this 300mm tool is ideal for photolithographic applications in an R&D and/or pilot production environment.

Configurations can include coat, bake, chill, and develop modules.  An optional indexer module simplifies loading and unloading 300mm substrates. 


A Linear Transfer Arm (LTA) provides for automated movement between the indexer and various modules.  Through use of advanced spin speed, bake temperature and positioning systems, process results are precise and repeatable.

Running under Windows® -Xp, this modern user interface offers an intuitive approach to process equipment programming and operation.
