SITE (originally Semiconductor Industry Training & Electronic Services) is a privately-owned enterprise, founded in 1980, and was incorporated as SITE Services, Inc., in California, in 1982. Initially, the company focused on the upgrade and refurbishment of existing photolithography spin track equipment, including: SVG, GCA, MTI and Solitec track systems. One reason for the company's longevity was the decision to not limit its offerings to "regenerating" track systems alone. In addition to systems, the company provided added value in the form of application support, field service, board repair and maintenance training.

As a result of years of experience and close work with highly-trained process and maintenance engineers, SITE Services, Inc. has built a reputation for the ability to transform worn, outdated spin track systems into those which perform at levels beyond their capacity when new.

While SITE still builds and markets its ESVG (Enhanced SVG) tracks and drop-in modules, over the last five years, the company has focused its efforts on the development and manufacture of production-ready spin track systems of their own design. Their latest offering, the Tractrix™ System, offers a significant number of proprietary features and is the result of an extensive research and development effort which includes both software and hardware improvements.
